The best time to start learning weightlifting is when the body is developing.

  • We are taking kids aged 10 years old to 17 years old.  
  • Our group classes are designed to develop the skills needed to improve quality of life.  
  • You will see great gains in:

    • flexibility
    • co-ordination
    • mental toughness
    • positive body image
    • Not to mention making friends and de-stress after school.
  • Working closely with our coaches on a program designed to teach you the how to lift weights and get fit.
  • Beginner program, sport related programs and weightlifting program options  available. 
  • Available after school by appointment, for small group classes of 4.
  • Located Southside, Gympie just up from the racecourse.
  • School bus travels to southside school.
